Dayna R. Cole: The mind and ears behind daynerco is a music enthusiast specializing in the supervision and curation of music for all visual forms of art, gaming, and wholistic experiences.

Officially, Dayna began her career in music curation in 2015, when she began consulting for special events for friends and family. It was over the course of doing special events that Dayna realized her passion for music curation could be more than just a hobby, but a career.

Dayna is by education an engineer and business woman. She received her B.S.E of Industrial & Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor and went on to earn her M.S. in Engineering Management from Duke University in 2014. Since then Dayna has been involved in technology consulting and program/product management at Accenture and Microsoft.

With a never ending passion for learning, Dayna has also received a certification in Music Business from Berklee College of Music and has studied Music Supervision there as well. Dayna is also working towards her certification as a Data Science Professional offered by Microsoft.

Using her technical background and musical interest as a guiding light, Dayna is forever intrigued by the intersection of music and technology and business ecosystem it has disrupted in a powerful way. While music has been apart of Dayna’s life since birth the search to find the perfection intersection has been a grueling yet rewarding discovery.

Dayna's love for music transcends a specific genre or time period which finds her constantly with a song in her head, a lyric on her tongue, and feeling in her heart.

A proud born and bred Detroiter, Dayna currently resides in Seattle, WA after spending years in Chicago, IL Washington D.C. and North Carolina. However, should you ask or mention "home", Motown is where her heart will always be.
